This series is designed to keep you accountable to stay moving and strong, not only during this holiday season, but to go into 2021 empowered and feeling your best! You will be emailed a link to seven uniquely programmed 30 minute full body mat Pilates workouts; allowing you to set aside an ideal time to get centered, feel refreshed, create energy and most importantly to take care of you.
All fitness levels are welcome to join this series as you can do it at your own pace. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout each session.
Let us motivate and guide you through 30 minutes of Pilates movement daily. The series will be released on Dec. 18th and all workouts will be available until Jan. 1st
