Lets talk about socks….Our studio is a big fan of wearing Pilates socks during your practice because they offer both safety and are hygienic. There are many different brands and styles. Some with toes out, cut out for each toe and just your traditional style sock. If you’ve never tried socks, try it out, I bet you’ll become a fan too!
