Gardening is a total body workout that involves a lot of different movements and body positions like squats, bends, pulls, lifts, and carries.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to move your body with good alignment in the many positions needed for gardening, as well as a series of cross-training Pilates moves to keep your body mobile and strong all season. We’ll also work to prepare your hands for grasping, digging, and crawling through your garden with more ease.
