To join this 5-week challenge, simply choose the challenge that’s best for you and get ready to move! Challenge starts on Monday October 19th and ends Monday November 23rd.
The in-studio movement challenge encourages you to try a wide variety of Pilates exercises and track your progress! We’ve created a Fall Challenge movement card displaying different Pilates exercises and movements. Pick up your card in the studio on Monday, 10/19 and start moving! Once you’ve filled up your card, turn it in and you’ll be entered to win one of these prizes:
* A one month 8 class membership to Axis Pilates *
* An Axis Pilates Bag of goodies (Rad Rounds, Pilates Socks, Athletic Gear, etc.) *
* Personal Pilates Straps from Good Citizen*
The virtual movement challenge encourages you to join us for weekly workouts, check in with the Axis Team, find accountability partners and workout buddies, and build a solid Pilates routine. Join us for classes each week of the challenge and we’ll track your progress!
