Tricia is comprehensively certified through BASI and mat Pilates certified through Equinox. Tricia has always loved movement and spent most of her teens and twenties running, which often left her feeling depleted. During the pandemic, she transitioned into low impact, mind-body focused movement like yoga, pilates, and barre and was able to tune in and trust what her body needed for the first time. Tricia’s approach to exercise is “it’s never too late to start” and “some movement is better than none.”
She worked in corporate strategy for 7 years before transitioning to a career in Pilates. When she’s not teaching, you can find Tricia walking with her husband, working on house projects at her cabin or cooking dinner for friends and family.
